A typical energy efficiency home improvement package involves highly specialized improvements which require comprehensive knwoledge of building science applications.  As a license, bonded and insured contractor in the States of Arizona and California, REEIS employees are trained and accredited to identify and make the belowmentioned improvements.   REEIS works primarily in the residential sector.

Integrated Systems Approach
At REEIS, our Home Performance Analysts and Improvement Specialists: diagnose the house, recommend improvements, complete the transformation process, retest the home to verify the work and faciliate the utility rebates and tax incentives.

Energy Efficiency packages will range in price from $.50 t0 $1.25 per square foot with the economic impact of the improvements demishing as the package increases in size.  Although a strong opportunity exists to improve most houses, the scale of the improvements is usually limited by the age, home design, existing construction materials and defects and quality of the home undergoing the improvements.

REEIS recommends improvements which will have the highest investment to utility saving ratio and present the most appropriate package to the building owner.  It’s called the REEIS Integrated Systems Approach.

Once a the diagnostic testing has been complete, REEIS will recommended the package of improvements with the best investment to utility savings.  Improvements might include the following:
